This Privacy Policy explains how SpamCallStop LLC, a Nevada limited liability company located at 732 S 6th St, Ste N, Las Vegas, NV 89101 ("SpamCallStop," "we," "us," or "our"), handles your information. We use your phone number and details for one thing: to get your number off the broker lists and to keep you updated. We do not sell your information. Taking it off the market is our whole job.

What we collect

• The phone number or numbers you want us to protect.
• The phone number you enter for a free scan, even if you do not go on to buy. We use it to run your scan and, in a private internal report, to understand how our website performs. We never sell it, and we do not use a scanned number to market to you if you did not sign up.
• Your name and email, so we can set up your account and send your reports.
• Payment details, which are handled by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number.
• Anonymous information about your visit, like which steps of the website you reached and when, tied to a random ID stored in your browser (not your name), so we can see how the site is working and improve it.

Why we collect it

• To find where your phone number is listed and ask those sites to remove it.
• To send you your monthly report and any alerts you signed up for.
• To take payment for your membership.
• To answer your questions and give you support.

We do not sell your information

We will never sell your phone number or your details. The whole point of SpamCallStop is to get your number off the market, not to put it back on.

• Our payment provider, so we can charge your membership.
• Trusted companies that help us run the service, under strict rules.
• Anyone the law requires us to share with.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a member and for a short time after, so we can finish any removals and handle billing or support. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

• You can see, update, or delete your information. Just ask.
• You can cancel your membership anytime.
• You can opt out of marketing texts or emails. We will still send important account messages.

How we protect your information

We use encryption to protect your information, including encrypting sensitive details such as names and phone numbers where we store them, and we limit who can see your details to the people who need it to help you.
